This scene is of downtown Larkspur. The Lark Theater is an icon and when JAWS turned 40, it was screened and I went to see it here with a dear friend. I have seen JAWS probably thousands of times, but never on the big screen and this was the perfect place for it. We screamed and watched on the edges of our seats just like we would have had we been old enough to see it when it first came out. This painting is my homage to a special little town and a special giant of a film and tale of a fish.
